Andrew Warner, our Director of Estimating, has been involved in the industry for over eight years, and is an experienced Construction Estimator & Project Manager who is knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction process of industrial concrete, building construction, and renovation programs. He has a comprehensive background in the pre-construction and construction phases including design review, estimating, value engineering, budgeting & cost control, procurement, quality control, and turnover.
